ECWRF Owl Box with Camera

by Nov 8, 2021Ellis Creek, John Shribbs, Len Nelson

We cleaned out the large owl box on the dead eucalyptus tree and collected over 11 pounds of debris.

Len and team will be pulling out all the pellets and analyzing the contents. John Shribbs is up on the 20 foot ladder with the blower doing the final step of cleanout. After the cleanout John also removed the acrylic sheet separator between the top camera box and owl living box since it gets dirty and unclear over time. There are two owls living in the box now.
