\u00a1Sal<\/span> y disfruta de nuestros hermosos humedales! Nuestras caminatas de aves y naturaleza de los s\u00e1bados, dirigidas por docentes de PWA, ocurren mensualmente de octubre a junio de 9 am a 11 am.<\/p>\n

Durante los meses de invierno, despu\u00e9s de que las lluvias han regresado, al menos 20 especies de aves son comunes en el estanque central en el parque Shollenberger<\/a>. Garzas, garzas, aves playeras y rapaces est\u00e1n presentes. \u00a1Incluso puedes ver un \u00e1guila calva! <\/a><\/p>\n

Ellis Creek<\/a> tiene agua la mayor parte del a\u00f1o, por lo que es muy probable que haya llover si la lluvia ha sido poco frecuente en Shollenberger. En la primavera, a partir de mediados de abril, observe a las cr\u00edas de ganso y pato de Canad\u00e1 nadando con sus padres. \u00a1Un regalo para toda la familia!<\/p>\n

Ambas caminatas son de aproximadamente 1 milla, pero pueden ser m\u00e1s largas a pedido. Puede continuar los senderos de circuito completo para extender su caminata varias millas despu\u00e9s del recorrido.<\/p>\n

Traiga binoculares, m\u00e1scara, agua, sombrero, protector solar y ropa en capas adecuada para el clima cambiante, ya que la hora de inicio puede ser brumosa y fr\u00eda, pero termina calent\u00e1ndose r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n
